In parallel with the regular public training activities, RCEM also provides customized training services to individual enterprise in the country and abroad (Custom Programs / In-house Training). These training programs are to suit each training objective and specificity of each enterprise and are organized across the country.
The modules that are researched and designed by RCEM are relevant to operation fields of enterprise (management – leadership, finance – accounting, marketing – sales, human resources management, production management, soft skills, Team-Building …), RCEM’s “Custom Programs / In-house Training” usually implements training programs according to the requirements of enterprises mentioned above. There are 05 steps as follows:
STEP 1 | Study Training Needs, Survey & Unify the target
To meet the urgent and practical needs of the enterprise, RCEM cooperates with enterprises to conduct surveys, gather information on the leaders’s expectations, about the current status of enterprises. Then, conduct analysis, evaluation and direct counseling to establish specific training objectives, tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of the enterprise. |
STEP 2 | Design Training programs
Once the training objectives have been set, RCEM will study and analyze the participants and than design the content of the training program accordingly. The program will be taught after having the agreement of both parties. |
STEP 3 | Compile materials, activities, learning and teaching tools
After agreeing to the Training Program, the instructors / experts will prepare lectures, documents, forms, learning tools, case study, etc. to be used for teaching and providing to participants 1 week before starting the course for their study and preparation. |
STEP 4 | Implement the training program
Logistics services as well as the coordination with enterprises are always focused by RCEM to jointly organized and implemented successfully agreed training program. |
STEP 5 | Evaluate post-training results
Post-training assessments can be conducted through one of the following methods:
The main objective of this assessment is to help enterprises to participate in training with more information, evidence, and basis to build solutions for developing human resources in future. It also helps RCEM to improve quality in the next training programs. |
